Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland & UK: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, courier delays, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

GetValen is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. GetValen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately before your order ships.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
